When you purchase properties or services on KRABIT, a mandatory 24-hour grace period begins after the transfer or service is confirmed as complete. Mentorship-related transactions follow a 7-day grace period instead.
The purpose of the grace period is to give buyers sufficient time to verify delivery and confirm that the service or asset matches the agreed escrow ticket terms. During this review window, KRABIT retains custody of the funds and does not authorize payout until the grace period ends or is properly waived.
Rules and Recommendations During the Grace Period
-
No Significant Alterations: Buyers must not materially change the delivered property during the grace period. This includes actions such as renaming accounts, editing bios, deleting content, or uploading harmful material. Making significant changes may void the buyer’s right to raise issues or request a refund.
-
Testing and Review: Buyers may perform limited testing where applicable, such as making small test posts or verifying access, to ensure functionality and accuracy.
-
Verification: Buyers should confirm that statistics, ownership, access levels, and attributes match what was presented and agreed upon in the escrow ticket.
-
Reporting Window: Buyers have 24 hours (or 7 days for mentorship tickets) to report any issues. If no concerns are raised within this period, KRABIT will proceed with authorizing payout to the seller.
-
All Services Covered: Every service and digital asset transaction on KRABIT is subject to the grace period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
-
Grace Period Waiver: Buyers may request to waive the grace period. By doing so, the buyer forfeits future claims, dispute rights, and staff support related to the transaction. KRABIT may decline disputes where the grace period was voluntarily waived.
-
Extension Clause: KRABIT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the grace period if additional time is required for fraud review, compliance checks, or risk assessment.
Grace Period Exceptions
-
YouTube Channels: YouTube transactions require a 7-day verification process during which the buyer is added to channel permissions before final ownership transfer. The standard 24-hour grace period does not apply.
-
Mentorship Transactions: Mentorship-related tickets automatically follow a 7-day grace period instead of the standard 24 hours.
