While incidents are rare due to KRABIT’s monitoring and compliance controls, issues can still arise. KRABIT provides a structured process to handle concerns and protect both parties in a fair and documented way.
Step 1: Try to Resolve the Issue Inside the Ticket
Your first action should always be to communicate directly with the seller inside the active escrow ticket. Many issues are caused by misunderstandings and can be fixed quickly through clarification.
• Keep all messages inside the ticket
• Do not move the conversation to private platforms
• Clearly explain the issue and what outcome you expect
Step 2: Review the Escrow Ticket Terms
Before escalating, make sure your concern is based on a clear breach of the written escrow terms.
• Confirm what was agreed
• Confirm what was delivered
• Separate contract violations from personal expectations
• Outside advice or opinions do not override written ticket terms
Step 3: Notify KRABIT Administrators
If the issue remains unresolved, escalate it by tagging @Administrators directly in the ticket and including the ticket number in your message.
KRABIT staff will:
• Review the full ticket history
• Request final statements from both parties if needed
• Lock the funds in escrow during the investigation
Step 4: Open a Formal Dispute
If the issue still cannot be resolved, a formal dispute may be opened within 30 days of ticket closure.
During a dispute:
• KRABIT reviews the ticket record, timelines, and delivery proof
• Platform rules and escrow policies are applied
• A final and binding decision is issued
Disputes opened after the 30-day limit will not be reviewed.
