This policy explains how proof of service works for sellers on KRABIT. It exists to protect both buyers and sellers by keeping transactions fair, fast, and strictly based on the terms agreed inside the escrow ticket.
No Additional Proof Required
Sellers on KRABIT are not required to provide extra proof of service beyond what was agreed in the escrow ticket. This rule prevents unnecessary delays, pressure tactics, and artificial disputes.
• If the service or asset is delivered as agreed, no extra justification is required.
• KRABIT will not enforce proof that was not written into the original ticket terms.
Delivery Confirmation and Payout Rights
Once the seller delivers the agreed service or property within the confirmed timeframe, including any approved extensions, the seller becomes fully eligible for payout.
• Delivery timing is measured based on the escrow ticket timeline.
• Approved deadline extensions remain binding.
• Once delivery is confirmed, payment proceeds normally.
Invalid Requests for Extra Proof
Buyer requests for “additional proof” that fall outside the original agreement are not valid grounds for delaying or blocking payout.
This includes proof requests based on:
• Third-party opinions
• External consultants or advisors
• Unverifiable personal standards
• After-the-fact changes to expectations
These types of demands hold no weight under KRABIT rules.
Buyer’s Responsibility Before Agreement
Buyers are fully responsible for requesting any specific evidence, documentation, reporting, screenshots, logs, or verification before agreeing to an escrow ticket.
• If a requirement is not written into the ticket, it is not enforceable later.
• Buyers must define expectations upfront, not after delivery.
Dispute Resolution Standard
If a dispute arises, KRABIT staff will review only the following:
• The original escrow ticket terms
• The confirmed delivery timeline
• Any written deadline extensions
• Verified delivery confirmation
If the seller has fulfilled the documented obligations, the funds will be released immediately in line with KRABIT escrow rules.
Policy Summary
This policy ensures that sellers who meet their obligations receive payment without artificial delays. Buyers must define all proof expectations before committing to a transaction. KRABIT resolves all proof-related disputes strictly based on written ticket terms and timelines, not on shifting expectations after delivery.
