All transactions on KRABIT are processed securely through our escrow system. Funds remain in KRABIT custody until a payout or refund is authorized according to the escrow ticket and our Terms of Service

Buyer Fees:

Buyers pay 0% platform fees.

Buyers only pay the agreed transaction amount to the seller during a trade.

Transaction limits and supported payment methods depend on the user’s freelancer level. As users build trust and complete successful transactions, they gain access to higher limits and more payment options.

How KRABIT Escrow Protection Works

KRABIT uses an escrow-based transaction system to ensure safe trading.

A typical transaction works as follows:

  1. Buyer and seller agree on the transaction terms.
  2. An escrow transaction is created.
  3. Buyer sends payment using the agreed payment method.
  4. Seller delivers the digital asset or service.
  5. Buyer confirms delivery.
  6. Escrow releases the payment to the seller.

This process protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.

Payout Hold Period

For security and fraud prevention, all completed transactions are subject to a 24-hour payout hold.

After the buyer confirms delivery and the transaction is completed:

  • Funds are placed in a 24-hour holding period.
  • This allows KRABIT to perform security checks and dispute monitoring.
  • After the hold period ends, the payout is released to the seller.

This system helps maintain a safe and trusted trading environment for all users.

  • Fees apply only to sellers.
  • Buyers always pay 0% platform fees.
  • Certain payment methods may require additional verification.
  • All fees are non-refundable administrative charges for services rendered by KRABIT.
  • Attempting to bypass KRABIT escrow may result in account suspension or restrictions.
