How does KRABIT works

KRABIT is a secure, escrow-based marketplace designed to help buyers and sellers complete digital transactions safely. Instead of relying on trust or informal agreements, KRABIT structures every deal with clear terms, monitored communication, and protected payments.

This guide walks you through the full process from start to finish.

1. Create or Find a Listing

Everything starts with a listing or topic.

• Buyers create listings describing what they need
• Sellers create listings offering specific services or assets

At this stage, you should focus on clarity. Titles should be specific, descriptions should explain scope, and both sides should ask questions before moving forward. No payment is sent yet.

2. Agree on Clear Terms

Before escrow is added, both sides must agree on all important details.

This includes:
• What exactly will be delivered
• The total price
• Delivery timeline
• Any guarantees, limitations, or conditions
• What happens if deadlines are missed

KRABIT enforces transactions strictly based on what is written here. If it’s not documented, it’s not enforceable.

3. Add the KRABIT Escrow Agent

Once both sides agree, the escrow agent is added to the conversation.

The escrow agent:
• Records the final terms
• Confirms payment requirements
• Explains the next steps
• Locks the transaction into escrow

This turns the conversation into an official, protected transaction.

4. Buyer Sends Payment to Escrow

After escrow is active, the buyer sends payment using an approved method.

• Cryptocurrency
• Credit card (where eligible)
• Bank wire

Funds are paid into escrow and held securely. The seller does not receive payment at this point.

5. Seller Begins Delivery

Once payment is confirmed:

• The seller starts the agreed service or transfer
• Updates are shared inside the ticket
• All communication remains on KRABIT

This keeps the transaction transparent and protected.

6. Delivery and Grace Period

After the seller completes delivery:

• The buyer receives control or access
• A grace period begins
• The buyer verifies the service or asset matches the agreed terms

During the grace period, the buyer can approve the delivery or open a dispute if something is wrong. If the buyer does not respond within the grace period, funds are automatically released to the seller.

7. Payment Release and Ticket Closure

Payment is released when:

• The buyer confirms satisfaction
• The grace period ends without dispute
• A dispute is resolved in the seller’s favor

KRABIT then processes the payout and closes the ticket.

8. Disputes and Enforcement

If problems arise, KRABIT provides a structured resolution process.

• Admins review the ticket history
• Evidence from both sides is reviewed
• Decisions are based strictly on written terms and timelines

KRABIT may issue refunds, partial payouts, or releases depending on findings. All decisions are binding.

9. Why This System Works

KRABIT removes the biggest risks in online transactions:

• Buyers don’t lose money upfront
• Sellers don’t chase payments
• Terms are enforced fairly
• Communication stays documented
• Disputes are resolved objectively

The result is a safer, more professional marketplace.
